The event takes place on Sunday, June 8th, in Cook Street Village, Victoria, BC from 10:00am - 6:00pm.

It is produced by CCGF Events, with vendor curation by Summer's Sunday Event Sessions INC.

We anticipate a significant number of applications for a limited number of spaces.

A $20.00 vendor application fee is required for consideration. Paying this fee does not guarantee that you will be selected.

The registration fee is separate, and only due if you are selected. It is priced per 10 foot x 10 foot square. Your activation space must be completely contained within your designated number of 10'x10' spaces.

Retail pricing: 

$200 + GST per 10'x10' space outside of the Entertainment District.

$290 + GST per 10'x10' space in the Entertainment District (licensed area - very limited spaces available).

Food & beverage concessions pricing:
$230 + GST per 10'x10' space outside of the Entertainment District.
$290 + GST per 10'x10' space in the Entertainment District (licensed area - very limited spaces available).

Please note: All food & beverage vendors will be required to submit their approved VIHA Permits and Food Safe certificate as well as a fire sticker/inspection form upon successful application. These three pieces are absolutely mandatory
